Capture anything.
Make it useful.

Speak a thought or grab part of your screen. Cuedora turns it into a note, reminder, or event without sending it away.

Dictation

“Thanks for the notes, I'll send the draft Friday.”

Nothing to confirm

Typed at your cursor

Dictation · straight into the app you were in

Cuedora's capture overlay, drawn from the app's own design. Dictation types where your cursor already is; Smart Voice is the mode that turns a thought into something to review.

One-time purchase

One place for thoughts and screenshots.

Save it now. Find it when you need it. Decide what happens next.

  1. Say it before you lose it.

Speak while the thought is fresh, then return to what you were doing.

  2. Keep what matters on screen.

Capture the useful part and make its text searchable later.

  3. Choose the next step.

Review Cuedora's suggestion before a reminder or event is created.

This is the actual app.

Every screen here is the shipping interface, captured while it worked — not a mockup.

Screenshot → OCR → action

⌘⇧7 a region of the screen. It's OCR'd and filed on device, then becomes a reminder or calendar event with one confirm.

  • Text extraction happens entirely on this Mac
  • Every capture lands in one searchable inbox
  • Nothing is created without a preview and a confirm

Dictation

Hold right ⌘ anywhere, speak, release — the transcribed text lands at your caret in whatever app you were already in.

  • No window to switch to, no app to open first
  • Audio is discarded the moment transcription finishes
  • Rebindable among four hold-type shortcuts

Less to manage. More already handled.

Capture the moment, choose what it should become, and get back to what you were doing.

Thoughts become reminders.

Say it while it is fresh, then return to what you were doing.

Screenshots become searchable.

Keep the part that matters and find it again without filing it by hand.

Your Mac stays private.

Your captures stay with you instead of becoming someone else's data.

Screenshots wait on a shelf.

Every screenshot lands on a panel at your screen edge for seven days — drag it out, mark it up, or send it to your inbox when you're ready.

What you capture stays with you.

Voice, screenshots, and notes are handled on your Mac. Cuedora has no cloud inbox, no account, and no ad tracking.
